I am a long time, multiple Lexus owner. I recently bought a new RX500h F-Sport and I have brought it in to the service area to ask some tech related questions and have a minor adjustment ma I recently bought a new RX500h F-Sport and I have brought it in to the service area to ask some tech related questions and have a minor adjustment made. On both occasions that I have been to the service department, I have worked with Lead Service Advisor Daphne. She is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and thoughtful. I’m a genuine car enthusiast and collector and I feel that my new 500H will be in good hands between me owning it, it being a Lexus and having that legendary Lexus build quality and reliability and Daphne at Lexus of Thousand Oaks taking the time to get to know me and my specific concerns and needs in regard to treating my car gently and making sure that the car is being handled thoughtfully and carefully while it’s having an adjustment made or having maintenance performed in the future etc. I feel fortunate that I connected with Daphne so quickly after purchasing my 500H (which is honestly and genuinely an absolutely incredible vehicle) because it’s really important to me that I feel comfortable with the person and dealership that I choose to visit to have my car kept in premium condition, and Daphne and the staff in the service department at Lexus of Thousand Oaks have been great and have treated my new car gently which is really important to me. More
