I stopped in from out of town, (I live in Massachusetts) to get my new Lexus NX its' first 5,000 mile service. Bill (Service Manager) checked me in at the drive in. I explained to him what I needed. He fini to get my new Lexus NX its' first 5,000 mile service. Bill (Service Manager) checked me in at the drive in. I explained to him what I needed. He finished checking me in and then walked me to meet Ilias(Service writer) who finished the check in process. The Service team at Towson Lexus was outstanding.
