I had to have this — The price was $1,000s less than I expected. The paperwork was complete when I arrived, so the time we spent at the dealership was minimal. Absolutely horrible! ! I purchased a Lexus Nx just a few months ago from here. Big mistake! I've been back and forth multiple times to get a repair. The same repair multip !
