WC Morrison with Lexus of Tucson provided stellar customer service. I reside in Palm Desert, CA and have been shopping for a Lexus RX 350 for over a year. A friend who resides in Phoenix suggested customer service. I reside in Palm Desert, CA and have been shopping for a Lexus RX 350 for over a year. A friend who resides in Phoenix suggested I search Lexus dealers in Arizona and what great advice that turned out to be. I called the dealership on a Friday afternoon and WC Morrison was the person I spoke with. He was in communication with me during the entire process. A week later, I drove a rental car to Tucson. WC was very kind and picked me up at the car rental agency. The rest is history, what a great experience and WC is responsible for the stellar customer service provided to me. We sent an email to Lexus of Tucson to see if a truck they had on the lot was still available. I received an email from Mark, and we exchanged a few emails. We went to see the truck the next day and boug they had on the lot was still available. I received an email from Mark, and we exchanged a few emails. We went to see the truck the next day and bought it. There was never any pressure to purchase the vehicle, and it was one of the best dealings we have had with a dealership.
