I was looking for a new car and told John Perkins the color and specifications. His superior, Pedro called to say they found the car in Orange County and would bring it in but I would have to give a cred color and specifications. For two days after that they kept dragging their feet, oh they will get the car, they hadn't had a chance to get it yet, etc., etc. At that point I changed my mind and told them I would not be buying the car after all. I met my service rep, Jim Riddle for the first time. He made me comfortable upon arrival, everything went smoothly. The whole process wnet quite smothly and I was out of there in 15 minutes. Jim Riddle provided excellent customer service and made sure the repair was completed in a timely manner. The problem involved a shorted battery and blown fuses.
