We had been dealing with an issue that required us to rewrite & update our RX 350 lease. Initialy we had very bad vibs and believed that this was going to be a very bad expierence. Michael was exemplary in all facets of his dealings with us. He is an excellent representative for Lexus. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond to meet our expectations. Inskip is very fortunate to have such a superlative individual. We would certainly recommend him to our friends and family. Prior to our lease rewrite we dealt with Larry Vanner in service to solve our service issue. Larry worked very hard with regional and national reps to make every attempt to satisfy our demands. I do not think he could have done more. Unfortunately the regional and national reps did not support our position. Fortunately with the help of Micheal Silva we in the end left satified with a new RX 350 and an updated lease. Bob More
We were initially going to another Lexus Dealer in Massachusetts to purchase our pre-certified Lexus until my daughter Stephanie who purchased her new Lexus at Inskip had received outstanding servic Massachusetts to purchase our pre-certified Lexus until my daughter Stephanie who purchased her new Lexus at Inskip had received outstanding service and personal attention by sales person Dave Poccia and the Service Manager Jay and she was 100% accurate, they were outstanding and kept open communications until they found the perfect car I was looking for, their committment to customer service is a true refection of Inskip Lexus so much that my daughter in the future and grandaughter will be looking to Dave and Jay in the months ahead. Being a former corporate executive that preached customer service and honesty as job one , both these gentlement far exceeded my expectations. Our experience with Mike Silva was outstanding. Mike was very easy to deal with, he had extensive knowledge of all aspects of the vehicle that we were considering for purchase. Dealing with Michael Silva was great. He spent a great deal of time going over the car we were considering. When showing you details about the car, he speaks to you using your name. Michael is what I wish all car salesman were like. He's friendly, honest and not pushy. I don't know why car salesman think being pushy works. It just sends me to another dealership. When given a price on the car, I hate being told this price is for today only. Seriously, if I call you tomorrow and say I would like to buy the car at the price we discussed you' re going to say no. It was refreshing not to be treated like we were stupid. Michael Silva was a pleasant find. There should be more salespeople like him. I hope he is still there when I come back for the Lexus convertible. More
Being in sales myself, I feel very comfortable stating that working with Mike Silva was a pleasurable experience. He was friendly, forthright and closed the deal but never came across as pushy. The most important part was all of the time that he took after to go over the car and the specs. The sale had already been completed, but he spent 45 minutes, in very hot weather going over every detail of the car. I must say I was pleasantly surprised when I came to this dealership. I recently went to Herb Chambers to look at an IS250 and I felt as though they thoought I was not good enough to own a Lexus and after th dealership. I recently went to Herb Chambers to look at an IS250 and I felt as though they thoought I was not good enough to own a Lexus and after that I almost did not purchase one because I was so aggreviated. But I decided to go to Inskip and what a difference in people and attitude. I am very happy I came here I bought the car I wanted and actually receive a good price for my trade in which was a joke at Herb Chamber! Thanks very much to Dave and the team at Lexus More
Brought my friend, who works 7 days a week and had precious little time to spare, to BUY a GX 460 today 8/30/10, at abt 10 am. We went for a test with Mr. West, who was quite agreeable. We got back to precious little time to spare, to BUY a GX 460 today 8/30/10, at abt 10 am. We went for a test with Mr. West, who was quite agreeable. We got back to dealership to talk price, and was subsequently introduced to the Sales Manager who was very rude, demeaning and condescending. She basically refer to us, her customer and potential customers, as "fully stupid" for offering a "ridiculous" price. We abruptly left Inskip...for good! We then went to Herb Chambers Sharon at 12 pm and made the same "ridiculous" offer, but was met with generous understanding from Mr. Gerry Baker. We eventually came to an agreement, not far off from the "ridiculous" offer mentioned. My friend drove home with her NEW 2010 GX 460 at around 6 pm today 8/30/10. SORRY MR. West. Your SALES MNGR cost you a sale today, and I hope many more sales in the future. More

My partner, wife and I have purchased 10 - 12 Lexus automobiles from Inskip over the last 15 years and in almost all instances have worked with Richard Johnson. I must say Richard is the most professional, hard working and helpful sales person I have ever met in the automobile industry. His assistance over the years not only with the purchase of the automobile but with any issue that may have occured after the sale, has been invaluable. Most recently, after leasing a 2010 ES 350 we received a notice from from Toyota Financial indicating that there was a balance due on the leased vehicle we had just turned in. Our understanding was that the balance was negated by the new lease. I called Richard, explained the problem and in one day the problem was resolved. It is this level of service that keeps us coming back to Inskip, and in particular, Richard Johnson, year after year for our automobile needs. More
