I called their dealership around 12 PM on Wednesday and had a car delivered to NH (2-hour drive for them) less than 24 hours later. I want to especially thank Ian (internet sales), Jessica (Sales Manager), and Bob (Robert Peixinho, Sales and Leasing Consultant). I was helping my 85- year old grandma with this transaction. A different Lexus dealer she had been going to her for years only wanted to offer her 4K on her trade-in, a 2010 Lexus RX with 100K miles. They also were quoting her over $600/mo. to lease a 2018 NX. Lexus of Watertown in a matter of hours had us signing a lease for ~50% less and offered us 10K for the trade-in. Thank you, Jessica!! From there, Bob drove 2 hours from Boston on Thursday morning and spent three hours with us getting my grandma set up with the car. He even had lunch with us. At the end of it, they exchanged hugs, he drove her old car away, and had a check in the mail for the trade-in the next day. I don't usually write reviews but this was the best customer experience I've ever had. We can't wait to bring more of our business there in the future. More
