Luxury Expectations Surpassed On Saturday, July 28 I revisited Lexus of Watertown as I had made the decision to purchase the Lexus NX 300. This was my second trip in as I had gone On Saturday, July 28 I revisited Lexus of Watertown as I had made the decision to purchase the Lexus NX 300. This was my second trip in as I had gone over Memorial Day weekend to see what the 300 had to offer, but I was not yet ready to make a purchase that day. I met Tony Viveiros that day in May and held onto his card, as I’m a loyal customer, I asked for Tony again on my most recent visit. There is always the expectation one has when walking into a Lexus dealership, an expectation of luxury service and treatment as you are purchasing a luxury car. Tony exceeded every expectation I had; he was kind, thorough, explained pricing, explained options available, remembered the color of car that we had talked about during my May visit, it was an all around excellent experience. Once I signed the paperwork to purchase my new car, the experience with Tony did not end there – he ensured my car was detailed with the extra options I had purchased and spent the time to sit with me in the car and review all the features; GPS, Sirius, setting my seat, setting the mirrors, setting up and turning on all the features that he felt were important to be activated. Purchasing a car can feel like a long experience, but with Tony, the whole experience was flawless, smooth, and when I pulled away in the car, I knew I had made the right decision with the new Lexus, but also with ensuring I worked with Tony again. And my Lexus experience didn’t stop there, Tony was thoughtful and sent me a reminder note to call my insurance company to establish my new car, and with Monday of work, I had forgotten! Thank you Tony for everything that you did for me, I truly appreciate it and I highly recommend Tony Viveiros if you are in the market for a new Lexus. More

On the day I was to pick up my beautiful new car I started running late for our 10:30 appointment. I texted Robert that I would be about 15 minutes late. He replied immediately, "No problem." But the way my morning was going, it became apparent that I wouldn't make it until 11:30. So I texted him again. His immediate reply: "No worries, 11:30 is perfect for me." When I finally did arrive at Lexus of Watertown, I found the atmosphere to be a welcoming one. From the person who greeted me when I walked in the door, to Michael Taddi, the finance manager, who walked me through "the numbers". Everyone had a positive, upbeat attitude which gave the whole place a nice vibe. As you can amagine, there was a quite a bit of paperwork, and signing that needed to be done. Robert and Michael always made sure I clearly understood each paper before moving on. The whole process was timely, but thorough. And at the end of it, my beautiful new car was waiting for me, all tanked up and ready to roll. More
