I loved my Lexus RX 350 2008. My car had 133K miles and thought it was time to purchase another Lexus. I decided to purchase the Lexus RX 350 2015 as it looked very much like my 2008. I was extremely fortunate to have Don Goff as my salesperson at the Lexus of Watertown precertfied dealership as he was extremely knowledgeable, very personable, accommodating, and incredibly helpful in my decision to purchase the RX 350 with low mileage and one owner. We had no intentions of buying a Lexus but I was so impressed with Bob (he was so patient with my excitable kids!) and I really liked the energy of the team there. They had a beautiful selection of well maintained used vehicles that it made me comfortable purchasing from them. The car I bought is 3 years old but looked brand new. Their service plan is also what sold me. I’m 40 mins away from a Lexus dealership so the option for them to come to my house, collect my car and drop off a loaner was the icing on the cake. I strongly recommend them. More

The driver waited for me at the hospital and drove me back to the dealership. Because I wasn’t feel well, saving me the trip into Boston after the car was serviced was an unexpected and greatly appreciated parsomal service.
