We had no intentions of buying a Lexus but I was so impressed with Bob (he was so patient with my excitable kids!) and I really liked the energy of the team there. They had a beautiful selection of well maintained used vehicles that it made me comfortable purchasing from them. The car I bought is 3 years old but looked brand new. Their service plan is also what sold me. I’m 40 mins away from a Lexus dealership so the option for them to come to my house, collect my car and drop off a loaner was the icing on the cake. I strongly recommend them. More

The driver waited for me at the hospital and drove me back to the dealership. Because I wasn’t feel well, saving me the trip into Boston after the car was serviced was an unexpected and greatly appreciated parsomal service.
