Lexus Pre-Owned Center - Poor Experience I purchased my vehicle in November, 2015. Since then, I have experienced two significant issues with my vehicle, both as a result of the actions of L I purchased my vehicle in November, 2015. Since then, I have experienced two significant issues with my vehicle, both as a result of the actions of Lexus of Watertown Pre-owned Center. 1. Service technican improperly installed the front license plate bracket resulting in a $300 repair at another dealership within 6 months of taking delivery of my vehicle. I do understand and appreciate that mistakes occur but not owning up to those errors is poor management. I had moved on from this issue until this past week... 2. The autobond installation was installed improperly and used an inferior product. Note that the installer hired by Lexus of Watertown is now out of business. A $1000 replacement is required. The Pre-owned Sales Manager dismissed my earlier compliant when I had clear documentation and photos of the damage caused by the Lexus service technican. I've reached out to the pre-owned sales consultant to ask for assistance. I'm hopeful that this latest issue will be approperly addressed. More
