We were greeted with a smiling, well dressed man. After sitting with him for about a half hour I knew we would be purchasing a vehicle From him. He came across as professional, no pressure, salesman. Gave us much time to ask questions, And after we reviewed the different models of Lexus three hours later we decided on what we Wanted to purchase. No down payment was made, because we wanted to be sure this was what We really wanted. Bob gave us his cell phone number and business card & asked to call him at any time.
