He was unassuming, patient and very courteous which was a very pleasant surprise at a dealership that deals in luxury cars and myself not fitting the typical profile of a luxury car buyer. He was sensitive to my budget even after knowing that my budget pretty much disqualified me from most of the cars in stock at this dealership. He was also very sensitive to my apprehension in buying a car since it's been over 10 years since my last car purchase and was very patient with me in resolving my concerns, understanding my top needs and petty quirks in what I liked and didn't like in a car. I did not walk in to this dealership expecting to buy a car. Only to research and test drive a few cars that were on my radar screen. But after dealing with Lookie Amuzu and his kind, unassuming attitude it made the whole car buying experience a natural next step and true pleasure for me. More

Unethical I went to Lexus of Watertown to replace the Lexus I purchased there a number of years ago. They offered me a satisfactory price on a new vehicle. The sales manager, Arman Manoukian, then offered a surprisingly low price on my trade in. I said it wasn’t enough. He increased the offer by 50 percent. I said no thank you and got up to leave. Arman said the very best he could do was another $1000 above his most recent offer. I said no thank you. He encouraged me to think about it as I left. I left the dealership with an offer, directly from the sales manager which he encouraged me to consider further. I did think more about it. I decided pursuing other avenues to sell my car wasn’t worth it. I called the sales person and said I would accept Arman’s offer. The sales person checked with Arman. Arman said he would not honor his offer. He did not deny making the offer. He did not say I misunderstood the offer or the encouragement to think about it. I’ve given Lexus of Watertown the opportunity to respond to my concerns. They have not. I made my concerns known to multiple people within the organization. I am surprised and disappointed to say this, but I must conclude that Lexus of Watertown is unethical and immoral in its business practices. More
