When my wife and I decided to buy a certified pre-owned Lexus, we started calling around to various Lexus dealerships in eastern Mass to see what they had available. Since Lexus of Norhthborough was only 8 miles from our house, we decided to go there to actually see what they had in inventory and test drive a Lexus. We were actually looking for a ES350 but after my wife saw the IS250 she quickly fell in love with it and we decided to zero in on that model. Lexus of Northborough was very nice but they only had two pre-owned IS 250's and although we wanted to buy it, we wanted to be fair to ourselves and check out what other dealerships had to offer. It appeared that Lexus of Watertown had a far greater inventory than all the other Lexus dealerships so we decided to go there. We called Caprice who told us to come in and ask for Anthony. When we went to the dealership, we were told that Anthony had the day off and Sarah would be happy to help us. Sarah took us upstairs to the show room and showed us what she had in inventory. We were so impressed with the amount of cars that they had and knew right away that Lexus of Watertown was where we wanted to do business. We found a blue IS250 that we loved and asked Sarah to put a deal together for us. Sarah came up with numbers but we were so far apart from what Lexus of Northborough had offered us on a silver IS250 that we unfortunately walked and returned home. We were so frustrated because we wanted that blue IS250 and it appeared that Lexus of Watertown did not want our business. The following morning I called Sarah only to find out she had the day off. I then asked for a sales manager and could not get anybody to take my call. We were so extremely frustrated and discouraged that we decided to take both our trade-ins to Lexus of Northborough to make the deal. My wife who was driving one of the trade-ins suddenly flagged me down to tell me that she had spoken to Anthony Carlino who told her that we needed to come in to Lexus of Watertown. My wife told me that Anthony was very nice and personable. So we re-routed our trip from Northborogh to Lexus of Watertown and we made the deal. When we arrived, the blue IS250 was sitting outside Anthony's window waiting us to test drive! Anthony Carlino made our day and he is , in our opinion, the greatest asset at Lexus of Watertown. He delivered the Blue IS250. He is very professional, humorous and personable. We felt at ease doing business with Anthony and look forward to buying our next vehicle and this time will call him directly!. More

A Lexus Buying Experience I found the Lexus that I wanted on the internet and it was at Lexus of Watertown, so I started my buying experience over the phone from California wit I found the Lexus that I wanted on the internet and it was at Lexus of Watertown, so I started my buying experience over the phone from California with Anthony Carlino. From the get go, Anthony was extremely friendly and helpful, we talked about the car and he sent me all the information about it that I needed and wanted. I put a down payment on the car and let him know a relative would come down to the dealership to checkout it out in two days. I also explained to him that I was going to be in town a week later for a short time and needed to pick it up on a certain day at a certain time. Anthony made the appointments for both and the thing that made me really happy was the communication, he kept in contact with me the whole way. When my father showed up to check it out, Anthony was waiting and the car was ready, when I showed up the car was out front, gleaming and Anthony, yes - was waiting. And get this - he came in on his day off to make sure my transaction went through smoothly. That speaks of his character and professionalism... I also had an appointment with finance director, Catherine Rogers, she too was extremely friendly and helpful and I really appreciated how prompt she was in taking care of the paperwork to help get me out of there quickly.
