Incident with Catherine Rogers (Their finance director) This is worst car buying experience I ever had. I m a repeat customer of this dealership and have purchased 2 cars (2014 Lexus IS and 2016 Lexus GS) a This is worst car buying experience I ever had. I m a repeat customer of this dealership and have purchased 2 cars (2014 Lexus IS and 2016 Lexus GS) and never had a such a bad experience. Today I helped out a friend of mine and after everything we were sent to their finance director Catherine Rogers. Who is trying to sell some insurance products for my friend. She was trying best to sell 3 yr 36k mile tire and wheel protection package for my friend for $1583. My friend asked from me to give an advice. I told him don't buy it. I guess she didn't like that and she told my friends since you guys are taking life advices from me why don't I give my reasons for it. First of all she said 17 inch tires as low profile tires which they are not. Second I told her from tire rack and Costco will sell good Michelin tires for $140 and for $1500 you can buy plenty of tires. Plus they come with road hazard warranty so maximum they have to spend was 140*4. Then she said her husband is a regional director of tire rack and tire rack sells used tires and I m giving wrong advices to my friends. I told her its you who is giving wrong advices and I showed her Costco website as well. Frankly I should have showed their own website which advertises tires at $170. Then upon complain it to Phill he said he will talk about it. Well I was seated at my salesmanship desk she came out after my friends deal she said to managers that I m a a** h*** and I saw people in the room laughed at it. (I did not see phill laughing because I couldn't see him from where I seated). Before I left I told him that I heard that and I would never coming to their dealership again even for a service. So please don't go there first they give wrong information and when someone becomes a threat to them this is how they treat. Remember I m a repeat customer with a history of 2 new car purchase. So imagine how would they treat you. I guess after all in all its not me who is at a loss. Remember the name Catherine Rogers she is the worst and most unprofessional person I have ever met in a car dealership. More

Terrible finance director I did went with 2 friends of mine to lease a Lexus IS300. Upon financing Catherine Rogers started proposing a wheels and tire package for 3 yr/36k mil I did went with 2 friends of mine to lease a Lexus IS300. Upon financing Catherine Rogers started proposing a wheels and tire package for 3 yr/36k miles for $1583. Obviously my friends asked my suggestion. Car is a base car with 17 inch wheels and told her usually 17 inch tires are selling around $140. She basically told me I m giving wrong information. I said that's what tire rack and Costco sells it for. Then there was so much of argument. Then I talked with managers and she talked with managers and I heard she basically told me a** h***. Best thing is everyone laughed it off. Terrible place don't go there. More
