We found those things when we dealt with Anythony Carlino. I bought a Lexus RX350 about a month ago from Anthony. The process couldn't have gone any smoother. There was no pressure what so ever. The vehicle had a lot of scratches and needed to be touched up. Anthony made sure it was taken care of and it looked a new car when I picked he up. He was straight forward, honest and he kept his word. My daughter saw a car she was interested in at Lexus of Watertown. We got in touch with Anthony. Again, another perfect transaction. She couldn't be happier with her car and the process. Once again, Anthony made sure that everything was done correctly and it couldn't have went any better. It was her first car purchase, I wanted everything to to be perfect and for her to be happy with the car. Anythony was great! I dread having to buy a new vehicle, it's usually a painful experience. Not the case when dealing with Anythony Carlino. He goes above and beyond, exceeds expectations for sure. George Frounjian was also great to deal with on the financing side. He took care of the financing and worked out all the details. He was also great to work with! Hank Davtyan spent almost 2 hours introducing me to all the bells and whistles on my new RX when I picked up the car and offered to help anytime as I get used to my new vehicle. He was very patient and knowledgeable. George Froujian worked with me to get the lowest possible financing. Overall, everyone did a great job to get me into a "new" safe and beautiful Lexus. I popped up with out notice to purchase a beautiful SUV for my wife and was immediately welcomed by Anthony and he worked with me to overcome difficult state requirements that would have killed the deal. Furthermore he pushed to get me a more than fair value for my trade. After all that he gave me a level of flexibility that I did not expect that really made this transaction feasible for me and my family. Very friendly, very personable, did not pressure her whatsoever, and gave her a great deal on the car. They took care of everything that she wanted done to the car before she received it. The car had a lot of scratches and yellow paint underneath the tires that she had asked them to get rid of. When she went to pick up the car, it was absolutely immaculate.It looked like a brand new car! A couple of months later I was looking for a new car, and I looked at their online preowned inventory and was very interested in an Acura TSX that was listed. It had very low miles and was a great price and in great condition. I went to test drive the car, and was in love with it. Anthony Carlino worked very close with me to give me a great deal on both the new car and my trade. They said they would fix the couple of scratches that the car had no problem. After two great experiences, my family loves this car dealership and we will definitely be back for more in the future! I highly recommend it! More

I have purchased many vehicles over the years and most dealers and salespeople will provide extra attention and service right up until you sign the paperwork. After that, it is typically delayed responses, poor follow up, and no real relationship. However, after more than a year of working with Yiannis and Lexus of Watertown, I can honestly say that I feel like an important client whose relationship is truly valued.
