First Time Experience We were looking for a specific used car for our daughter that we saw online. We sent an email inquiry which was promptly responded to and we set up a We were looking for a specific used car for our daughter that we saw online. We sent an email inquiry which was promptly responded to and we set up an appointment. We were warmly greeted by Anthony Carlino (the Used Car Sales Manager) who chatted briefly with us asking what we were looking for and then introduced us to Michael Pacheco (Our Salesperson). Both of them were very friendly and professional. After a brief discussion we were off to look at the specific car we were there to see. We did the usual inspection and looked it over, checked everything and asked our questions. Every question, was answered promptly and the ones that Michael did not know he got answers for. Then we asked to sit down and discuss specifics. Michael went and got the Car Fax form for us and a printout of the costs to acquire the car. Negotiations were handled professionally and promptly. We did not get the usual car salesperson runaround, we did not get pressured by anyone and never had to endure the "Ok, I cannot do that I'll get my Sales Manager. michael went to the Sales manager twice with questions and pricing issues and then came back and said our offer was accepted, Congratulations you just bought the car. We were surprised at how easy it was and how professional the negotiations were handled. Both Michael and Anthony were excellent, professional and easy to do business with. Having bought many cars in our lives this was clearly among the top dealers we have ever dealt with. They took all the unpleasant tactics used by some dealers out of the equation and were great to deal with. We were never sitting around waiting for them to discuss prices, everything was handled as it should be, with respect for our time and not wanting to waste theirs. We will certainly not hesitate to recommend and any all of our friends, family and business associates, that Lexus of Watertown offers a great car buying experience. Yianni FTW I was hesitant about getting rid of my Jeep that I loved, and thought I'd never be driving a Lexus, but I stopped in and with Yianni's help I found ou I was hesitant about getting rid of my Jeep that I loved, and thought I'd never be driving a Lexus, but I stopped in and with Yianni's help I found out that my payments would be the same for a brand new NX SUV as they were for my 2008 Jeep that I was still paying off. I actually ended up selling my Jeep to a friend, but OMG! Working with Yianni and Mike Gugino (the manager) was the friendliest, easiest and greatest car buying experience I've ever had. I grew up in Waltham and Concord and sending anyone I know who's car shopping to this dealership to work with Yianni. Josh the technology guy was amazing as well with showing me all the features of the car.
