Outstanding! I have had to purchase two cars and assist my daughter in purchasing a car within the previous six months. I have also purchased many other cars from dealerships in my life. The experiences have ranged from horrendous to excellent. Not until I purchased my RX 350 from Lexus of Watertown have I had such an outstanding car buying experience. Being a teacher I do not give out an A easily, A+ is VERY rare. Lexus of Watertown gets that rare A+. Katya Lemus was a pleasure to have as a salesperson. She listened to our needs, efficiently found the car for which I was looking and completed a fair deal. The experience in the finance office was similar.Joe outlined the options, respected my wishes and processed the paperwork quickly and efficiently.. I made additional requests and changes after the sale. Given the horrible experience I had at the last dealership from which I purchased a car (see previous review), I pestered Katya with emails to make sure that all was done right. Finally she just emailed me with "Don't worry, I have it all set" , and she certainly did. Katya was the best!! I have experience with two Lexus dealers in the Greater Boston area. Herb Chambers in Sharon and Lexus of Watertown. Both of these dealerships far outperformed my expectation. Watertown edged out Chambers as I never had to really fight for the price I wanted in Watertown. They were fair in their price right up front. Although, maybe it helped that it was the 30th of December and the deals were truly driving out the door. More
