Very happy with William Brazil and Lexus of Watertown We recently bought my husband a pre-owned Lexus at this dealer. We stopped in briefly on a Sunday to look around and were impressed with the relaxed attitude and lack of high pressure sales approach. We were very clear that we were just looking - checked out what they had on the floor and then visited a couple other dealers. Later in the week, my husband went back and test drove the car we liked (IS250) with William Brazil. William was fantastic with him and my husband called me to let me know he really liked the car and we should go back an most likely buy the car. I had previously rented the same vehicle on a business trip and drove it >600 miles so I felt pretty good. We went back together and I can confirm William was fantastic! He answered all questions, alleviated all concerns and very obviously knew a lot about the car. We bought the car that night. The grill had some cosmetic damage and the car had a few dents - these were all taken care of before we got the car a few days later. More

Lexus of Watertown - Pre-owned service EDIT: Sales manager Anthony called me shortly after reading my review. He apologized for the unprofessional behavior of the salesman that I worked EDIT: Sales manager Anthony called me shortly after reading my review. He apologized for the unprofessional behavior of the salesman that I worked with and offered to help sort things out and to make up for the unpleasant experience at the dealer. It was a shame that I didn't get the chance to speak to Anthony in person. This is simply an bad experience with me and the salesman, have I had a different salesman, maybe we could have done business. My wife and I went to this used car Watertown dealer to check out an CPO IS350. It was our first time looking to buy a used car. When we got there, we were greeted by the front desk. The showroom was absent of customers...which I knew why after. We took the IS350 out for a test drive. Our salesman Mike P. clearly knew NOTHING about the car. During the entire test drive, he did not say a word. Not even asking me how does it feel. I had to be the one engaging the conversation. The only thing he could tell me was that this car is fast, it drive smooth and comfortable. It is designed that way...well no S#it sherlock, tell me something I don't know. After the drive, we went back to the showroom. Then he asked me if I like it. I said yea, it's nice, how much? He went to get the price. Came back with the price listed on their website which was about 38k. I said you know I'm not paying that price and asked him for his best offer. I told him I have a check ready to make a big down payment. He then said that's good but THAT IS THE PRICE. He then compared it to the price on the window sticker which was when it was NEW. He wouldn't even bother making an offer and kept on laughing as if I was a joke and said he couldn't come down on price at all and that no dealers will let you negotiate on a used car. Total xx. He did not even attempt on an offer. He stood up laughing out loud and walked away before my wife and I. What kind of sales person is that? I've never met a car salesman that rude and unprofessional and with absolutely no knowledge of the cars he's selling. Prior to going to this dealer, I read a lot of negative reviews from here. Figured I'd take my chance and give it a shot. Guess what? ALL of the negative reviews here were true. If i can give this dealer a negative star, I would. -5 would still be too generous. BUYERS BEWARE!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER. SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE!!! More

Our salesman, Gabriel Vides, was great and easy to s My fiancé and I went into the dealership for multiple test drives of a certified pre-owned RX350. Our salesman, Gabriel Vides, was great and easy to speak with about various details of the RX350. However, when we found a car we wanted and attempted to negotiate a price with the pre-owned team, any offer was immediately rejected, even for less that perfect models with high mileage. We showed the sales team that there vehicles were marked higher than most other dealers, including models with significantly lower mileage. Unfortunately, we were forced to purchase from another dealership, over 300 miles away, because Lexus of Watertown was unwilling to negotiate with us. While Gabriel was great, I think it's unfortunate that he did all the work and we felt forced to purchase from another certified pre-owned dealer who did none of the ground work. More
