A stress free purchase Yesterday I spent considerable time at the beautiful Lexus of Watertown dealership. I had made an online request for an appointment that morning and Yesterday I spent considerable time at the beautiful Lexus of Watertown dealership. I had made an online request for an appointment that morning and a few moments later I received a call and set up an appointment to go in that very same day. I was met by Mr. Anthony Carlino who instantly put me at ease. I had many questions and felt apprehensive but my apprehension very quickly faded away. He gave me as much time as necessary to locate a vehicle to fit my needs and preferences, answered and explained all my questions and made it clear that he and the dealership would always be there for any questions I might have in the future. I never felt pressured or uneasy through the process of of finding and purchasing. What I had expected to be a stressful ordeal turned out to be a surprisingly stress free process.
