I received a fair trade-in for my car and felt the IS350 was fairly priced, as well. I noticed a few minor things that needed touch-up on my IS350 and within 2 days after purchasing my car, I received a call from the service department to set up an appointment to have everything corrected. Their service department is just as responsive and professional as their sales department. More
