I took it to NYC this past weekend and it was comfortable, no road noise. This car drives like a dream. Zack was awesome, very giving, not pushy, showed me many options, was very patient. He was very knowledgable and quick. He also tried his best at getting me the best offer and it worked. I’m so happy with my new car and I know that I will hold onto it till it dies. Lexus seems to be a very reliable brand. On a scale of 1-10, I give them all a 10, I would recommend Lexus of Watertown anytime!! especially our car salesman Zack, he gets a 20!! . More

The price was already market competitive, so there was no need to negotiate on price at all. I appreciated this approach, as there is nothing worse than 15 rounds of "let me ask my manager".
