Upon taking delivery, I noticed undisclosed roof damage (to be fair, it's unlikely the dealership saw it beforehand); I contacted my salesman who said he'd resolve the issue. A few weeks later, I got a flat tire, turns out the tire was dry rotted; after a few lengthy emails back-and-forth coupled by several phone calls, Lexus of Watertown replaced my tires and repaired my roof under warranty; thank you for ultimately doing the right thing; I feel very good about this overall experience and have asked my salesman to search for another car for me to buy. -Nick in CT More

The day we met Anthony we were a little intimidated, the moment we sat down in his office the aurora changed to inviting as if we've been friends for years. He wanted to hear what we wanted and how he could get us there (ES 350). He delivered on his part, he set us off to the business agent George very respectful and friendly gentlemen. He gave us a payment plan we told him it won't work here's our budget. He advised us he could make it work give him a day. Legendary Customer service I have rarely taken the time to write reviews however I wanted Anthony Carlino (Sr Sales and Leasing) and the staff at Lexus of Watertown to know that I have rarely taken the time to write reviews however I wanted Anthony Carlino (Sr Sales and Leasing) and the staff at Lexus of Watertown to know that their efforts did not go unnoticed. They have put together a great team that makes customers feel respected and valued. I have been searching far and wide for the best price on a Low mileage pre-owned vehicle and found one online from the Lexus of Watertown. Even though I live in Providence, RI, I set up an appointment to look at the car because the price was at least $2k lower than the closest competitor's listing on the same model/mileage/specs etc on 75miles radius... I anticipated a warm welcome and good service as most would expect from a dealership. However, Ms. Carlino's professionalism and kindness exceeded my expectations. Immediately upon arrival, my sister and I were greeted by Anthony. Mr Carlino offered kind, courteous and warm service that truly exemplified sincere customer care. He was extremely patient and very committed in helping me get in the car I wanted. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The employees I interacted with, especially Anthony (Sales), Misha (Sales), George and Joe (Finance department), were genuinely interested in helping me rather than just being focused on making a quick sale. The second trip I made to the dealership was to finalize the financing paperwork. They were courteous enough to give a ride from and to the train station. When I arrived at the center, my phone was at 5% battery, Misha offered some refreshments and helped locate a charger compatible with my phone so I wouldn't return to Providence on an empty battery. Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended. My only way to show my gratitude to Anthony and the staff is to share my experience. My sister was equally impressed. Old returning customer blown away I am an old returning customer at this dealership. Bought my last four lexus cars from here, and have been doing all my service/ repair work here for I am an old returning customer at this dealership. Bought my last four lexus cars from here, and have been doing all my service/ repair work here for the last 7-8 years. Visited the dealership to trade in my LS 430 for a later LS 460 model. After setting an appointment was met by A sales rep who had no idea of my visit. After a long delay brought out the car that I had driven out to see, and to my dismay the car had neither been cleaned or vacuumed or in any way made ready for a prospective buyer. It even had food crumbs and other "stuff" on the car seat where I was expected to sit and go for a trial drive. I already had my financing arranged and to avoid going back and forth as sometimes such negotiations do I laid all my cards on the table including the detailed offer from another dealership for a similar car and requested a reasonable adjustment to the offer price as I would like to purchase from here as I had always done. The car had been priced on the Internet for approx $36,000 and I had negative equity on my trade in of approx $8000 and had assumed the price at $44,000 and with a little negotiation perhaps in the $42/43,000 range. Imagine my surprise when the sales rep came back and said $48,000 take it or leave it! They obviously did not want my business for whatever reason and I said so, and mentioned that now that they were blowing me off I would end up buying at the other dealership and be in a situation where I would have one car serviced there and the other one here. The sales rep's laughable suggestion was that I could buy there and bring the car here for service work. My retort was why would I do that to the dealership that gave me a good deal and bring business to the Watertown dealership that was not even willing to speak to me? All in all a disappointing visit to a dealership that I have patronized for many years and am not likely to come back to. In fact after the last comment by the sales rep I intend to take my other certified preowned car also to the other dealership for all work, plus any future purchases. I understand the fault is not of the sales rep, who was courteous and friendly but the manager who sent him out with the take it or leave it offer and the staff who were responsible to get the car ready for customer viewing. Nevertheless it is after all the dealership that needs to get there act together. More
