Fantastic Service I went into to Lexus of Watertown at the end of March to buy an RX 350, I'm usually pretty serious when going to dealerships about buying a car. I wa I went into to Lexus of Watertown at the end of March to buy an RX 350, I'm usually pretty serious when going to dealerships about buying a car. I was greeted by Zach K, and had myself my father and mother sit down in the showroom area and asked what we were looking for. He asked what I was looking for as far as features I wanted in my SUV. I settled on the Nav package for it and I was more than comfortable with what it offered. Zach didn't try to push any extra features that would have added to the cars price, but he gave me everything I wanted and the package even included more than I wanted. We went for a test drive around Watertown and the car was smooth and had power to it. It had been some time since I had driven Japanese and I had forgotten why I loved it. Soon after we got back the showroom and the the negotiating was quick and simple we settled on a fair price, I'm talking less than 5 minutes and the handshake took place. The last car I bought took over 7 hours to process, this one took less than an hour. The day of pick up I had to work and had my father come pick the car up for me, but Zach was kind enough to allow me to come in a couple days later with the car and he would go over all its features for me, which was a lifesaver because the RX has lots of incredible technology and it was first overwhelming but he made sure I was comfortable with it all. I met with a few of the other associates who would be involved in the future life of the car including tech specialists and managers. Honestly, this was the best car experience I've ever had, and I will definitely be going back to them for my next Lexus in the future. Everyone, especially Zach took good care of us and made the car buying experience painless and fun. More

I wanted to buy a car from Lexus of Watertown because they are so good to my husband who has a 2009 Lexus ES350, even though he bought his pre-owned Lexus in NYC. I wanted a pre-owned/used and I wanted a Hybrid, ideally I could find an affordable option at Lexus of Watertown. Another salesman had identified the car a few days earlier, however he had obligations that kept him from being available. So, when I came to drive the car, Anthony offered to help me. I was there to drive the 200CTH, which is a smallish car. When my husband arrived, 6'3" Anthony sat in the back. Anthony and I became fast friends, and felt he was looking out for me. I never felt like I got "sold". He doesn't act like a used car salesman, he has integrity and knows cars and customers. A great blend for what he does. I am confident that he will help me with this car as long as I own it. Anthony will tell you is life motto is, "No drinking, no drugging, no lying, no smoking." I believe him, you will too.
