Zachary was very great to work with we got a great deal on our car. There were some hiccups because we were from out of state with registration. Everything in life doesnt go as planned but lexus bent over backwards to ensure that we had the best possible experience in spite of the prolonged delivery of our car due to situations out of thier control. I would reccomended this dealership to everyone I know especially Zachary and mike the manager who followed up regularly. More

Chuck (vehicle Specialist) is very knowledable and has my car in and out for service in a flash. Both Chuck and Mike make the entire process painless. On top of free car washes and vacuum, the facility is very welcoming and conveniently located off storrow drive. I will defiently be going back to Lexus of Watertown for all services and purchases. Every single question was answered and every detail he had to review with another department, he did so fast and professionally. Michael Taddi simply went above and beyond. He sold me my car with ease due to his professionalism and courtesy. His knowledge about all cars and Lexus made me secure in knowing I had made the right decision. No question or issue was too small. My purchase was not a big one for this dealership, but Michael made me feel like a priority. I cannot say I enjoy the car sales experience at all, except this one! His knowledge and professional courtesy goes as far as he does to ensure the buyer's assurance and safety. I had been interested in making a change from my previous vehicle for quite some time and had done quite a bit of independent on-line investigating prior to arriving at your dealership the last week of June. I like to think that I “knew my stuff” upon arrival, and I was pleasantly surprised to discover that Mr. Carlino was equally knowledgeable – if not more so - about the vehicle that had piqued my on-line interest enough to have me swing by for a quick - unannounced - “look-see.” In fact, I was so resolved about NOT PURCHASING ANYTHING that day that I deliberately left my checkbook, etc., at home. I have to say that my somewhat impetuous decision to purchase the vehicle was the direct consequence of the degree of professionalism that I experienced when dealing with Anthony. He was incredibly well-versed in the details of the Mini Cooper, although there was no way he could have done any “homework” prior to my arrival re: the vehicle I’d come by to see, as I had not made any appointment with him. Our meeting was simply the result of a chance encounter in the main showroom. The fact that he knew so much about one of the random vehicles in stock cultivated in me a feeling of confidence in HIM – right from the start. (I thought: Here’s a guy who “knows his stuff” – AND his vehicles!) His expertise in his field was apparent right from the beginning, as evidenced by his command of the facts/statistics regarding the vehicle I’d come in to see. There is no question that he knew what he was doing when he encouraged me to take it for a test drive – with the top down – with absolutely no pressure to purchase…”just to get a ‘feel’ for the experience.” (In hindsight, I think I’d already “bought” the car even before I got it back to the dealership.) Clearly, Mr. Carlino knows how to “lead the customer into temptation!” Since I had already been through the process at other dealerships, I had a fairly accurate idea of the trade-in value of the vehicle that I would be surrendering in the process. Once again, Antony amazed me with his straightforwardness, honesty – and accuracy. After he laid out the details of what I recognized as a very fair deal, there really didn’t seem to be any reason NOT to purchase the Mini Cooper Roadster-S. There is no question in my mind that this sale was the direct consequence of Anthony Carlino’s expertise, professionalism – and positive personality. As trite as it may sound, it really was a pleasure dealing with someone of his consummate capabilities. He was instructive – without being condescending, he was patient – without being patronizing, and he was encouraging – without being solicitous. I wasn’t surprised to learn that he has been doing this as long as he has; it’s obvious that he is a “seasoned professional.” As children, we are all advised: “People are judged by the company that they keep.” Conversely, as an adult, however, I’ve come to the conclusion that: “BUSINESSES are judged by the PEOPLE that they keep.” Anthony Carlino’s warm and welcoming handshake, his impeccable personal appearance, his positive personality – and his expertise with cars, as evidenced by his impressive knowledge - are all personal assets that conspire to make him the perfect “Ambassador of Good Will” for Lexus of Watertown. It would seem that he has mastered the technique of allowing the customer have “HIS” way. (And please note: the ambiguity of that last sentence is deliberate. It’s not quite clear what the antecedent to “HIS” is: Anthony’s way - or the customer’s way? That’s exactly how I felt when I walked away as the new owner of my Mini Cooper.) All I know is that Mr. Carlino went out of his way to bring to fruition (what I’m SURE he had recognized as) my somewhat latent desire to buy a convertible Mini Cooper. (Personally, I think Anthony should be made to wear a “WARNING” sign: “CAUTION: Talking to this man may result in the unanticipated purchase of a vehicle.”) I would be remiss if I did not also mention Chelsea, who processed the paperwork – and who suggested that putting part of the cost of my new vehicle on a credit card would garner Jet Blue points for me - which was unanticipated, AND VERY MUCH APPRECIATED! Also, I found Alex, who reviewed “Package Options” with me prior to the final purchase, to be both informative - and pragmatic, which resulted in my purchasing the “Five-Year Wheel Package”…which I hope I’ll never have to use, but feel relieved that I have. (I feel the same way about the fire extinguishers I have strategically placed throughout my home.) I think that you, too, should be commended, Mr. Luizzi - for having assembled such a cast of consummate professionals at “Lexus of Watertown.” I will probably not be in the market for another vehicle for quite some time, but I want you to know that I will go out of my way to recommend your dealership to anyone who will listen to me! There’s another old saying: “We never get a SECOND CHANCE to make a FIRST IMPRESSION.” This first impression made by Anthony Carlino has also made a LASTING impression, which I continue to be grateful for – every single time I get into my car! Anthony patiently and expertly explained the features of the 2007 Camry I was considering purchasing. After I made my selection of the Toyota Camry Anthony worked with the dealership to obtain a very good trade in price for my car that made the purchase of the Camry I selected a lot easier. The dealer financing was simple and straight forward. Overall my experience with Lexus of Watertown dealership was very positive. Fantastic Service I went into to Lexus of Watertown at the end of March to buy an RX 350, I'm usually pretty serious when going to dealerships about buying a car. I was greeted by Zach K, and had myself my father and mother sit down in the showroom area and asked what we were looking for. He asked what I was looking for as far as features I wanted in my SUV. I settled on the Nav package for it and I was more than comfortable with what it offered. Zach didn't try to push any extra features that would have added to the cars price, but he gave me everything I wanted and the package even included more than I wanted. We went for a test drive around Watertown and the car was smooth and had power to it. It had been some time since I had driven Japanese and I had forgotten why I loved it. Soon after we got back the showroom and the the negotiating was quick and simple we settled on a fair price, I'm talking less than 5 minutes and the handshake took place. The last car I bought took over 7 hours to process, this one took less than an hour. The day of pick up I had to work and had my father come pick the car up for me, but Zach was kind enough to allow me to come in a couple days later with the car and he would go over all its features for me, which was a lifesaver because the RX has lots of incredible technology and it was first overwhelming but he made sure I was comfortable with it all. I met with a few of the other associates who would be involved in the future life of the car including tech specialists and managers. Honestly, this was the best car experience I've ever had, and I will definitely be going back to them for my next Lexus in the future. Everyone, especially Zach took good care of us and made the car buying experience painless and fun. More
