I decided to call Lexus of Watertown after Herb Chambers Lexus left a strange taste in my mouth. Upon calling Lexus of Watertown, I was immediately given to a Sales Associate, who invited me to come in and Lexus left a strange taste in my mouth. Upon calling Lexus of Watertown, I was immediately given to a Sales Associate, who invited me to come in and would see what he could do. About an hour later I was called back by the Sales Manager, Mike, who was informed of my call and issues, and said he would try to do whatever he could. Already with that little bit of friendless and care I was already sold. Upon arriving at Lexus of Watertown and asking to speak to Mike, Mike paired me up with my Sales Associate Jesse. Jesse was a straight shooter from the beginning and you could see he was genuine and not trying to "xx" you like many car dealers do. Jesse and the finance department were able to get us into a better lease deal, and were completely honest with us from the beginning. My experience there was far different and shorter than the long drawn out experience I had at Herb Chambers, and I will now be referring Jesse and the Lexus of Watertown to everyone. There compassion, friendliness, and no "xx" attitude sold me and I appreciate their help and honesty. Thanks Guys! More

I cannot say enough about the experience overall, and especially my sales/leasing consultant, Kayla DiPaolo. Kayla made my experience the best I have ever had in my many years of buying and leasing cars. From the initial phone call, until I drove off the lot, Kayla did everything in her power to make sure everything was perfect and handled in a courteous and professional manner. The most remarkable thing to me was how much of the process I was able to have done outside of the dealership. If I spent two hours in the dealership tops, I would be surprised. That has always been one of my pet peeves of buying/leasing cars. It has always been very time consuming, up until this point. Kayla kept my time at the dealership to the absolute minimum possible and it made a great experience all the more enjoyable. I would not hesitate to recommend the dealership and Kayla to anyone looking to buy or lease a Lexus. I can't imagine going anywhere else. The entire experience was low pressure, low stress and low maintenance. What more could I ask for! If you want an EASY car buying/leasing experience, do yourself a favor and go to Lexus of Watertown. Ask for Kayla DiPaolo. You will not regret it and you will be driving one of the nicest cars out there. More

Having researched price for the RX350 Lexus with USAA's Auto Buying Service, Lexus of Watertown was the nearest dealership that was suggested. I entered my phone number on their website and within minutes received a phone call. We were given a price over the phone that seemed too good to be true. We made an appointment for the next morning and expected that the numbers would be different. We arrived late for our appointment, but were introduced to Tom Cording right away. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the process of leasing our new Lexus. There was no problem or changes to the numbers we had been given. We left that day in our new car! More
We came to Lexus of Watertown to look at the Lexus RX for either purchase or lease. We had done quite a bit of research online over the last few months to determine which car we would either purchase or leas either purchase or lease. We requested information from Lexus of Watertown through the internet and was promptly contacted. The price quote from this dealership was very competitive with other dealers and decided to travel the hour to test drive the car we had pretty much settled on. Once we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly staff member at the front desk who immediately called the sales rep we would eventually lease a car from. Tom Cording was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating getting the exact car we thought we might purchase or lease...down to the interior and exterior colors. We did not feel like we were being pressured or rushed during any of the process. Tom gave us plenty of time to explain all the technology features of the car, extra warranty information and personal service we would get if we purchased or leased from them. He introduced us to the staff at the technology help desk and gave us plenty of time to privately talk about our decision. Once we decided to lease from Watertown of Lexus, he explained the process and gave us a very accurate estimate of the amount of time it would take to take care of all the paperwork. The finance dept. was very professional and efficient in their processing our application and were told our car would be ready within a few days. Tom kept us apprised of the progress of their registering our car and getting it inspected ready to go. We signed the lease on Saturday afternoon and by Monday late afternoon, we had gotten the call that we could drive down to pick the car up that night. I think Tom worked late Monday night to turn the car over to us ( we hardly saw anyone else there) because he knew how excited we were to pick it up. Again, we felt like we had gotten very personalized attention and definitely did not feel rushed as he went through all of the information in the owners manual we would need to review as well as all the warranty information for the car. We had visited at least 5 car dealerships over the past several months looking at different cars before deciding on the Lexus RX, but we would drive this distance over and over again because the experience in Watertown Lexus was so pleasant. I have bought 4 cars from Lexus of Watertown (LS430, LS430, LS460, GS300) and I came to the dealership last night looking to buy a 2014 IS 250 for my wife. Michael Espey and I discussed a lot of numbers and it didn’t look like it was going to work. When I got home I ran the numbers, realized I made a mistake, and was ready to come in today and buy the car. I indicated EXACTLY what I thought I heard along with EXACTLY what we wanted. Arman called me up to say that we were good to go. We arranged for me to come in at 4:00 with my trade (GS 300) and get this wrapped up. During Arman’s call I asked him if the financial side of things was good. He said yes. I also asked him to contact me via phone or email if anything changes so I wouldn’t waste my time coming in. He said he would. When I arrived all was good until I was informed that my understanding of the residual was incorrect and it was about $4K more. It appears the number I had was quoted from a 4 year lease rather than a 3 year lease. There were a lot of numbers flying around and I will admit it was probably my mistake. So, why am I complaining? For the last 5 years every experience I have had with Lexus of Watertown ends up with Lexus wasting and not respecting my time. Whether it is the service department having to bring back our cars multiple times for the same service, or Arman or Mike not calling me to let me know the pricing was wrong before I came in, it is clear that NONE OF THEM CARE OR RESPECT THE VALUE OF THE CUSTOMER’S TIME. They see no problem in wasting it and don’t even bother to apologize when they do. They seem to forget we are the customers, and have been loyal. I want them to think about this when they deal with their next customer or prospective customer. They act like it is an honor for us customers to walk through the doors rather than it being an honor for them to serve us. The sad part is that when I first started buying from them (in the 90’s) they were the best and I was their biggest fan. I recommended people to you and told stories about how the “Lexus Experience” is special. Now, they are one of the worst. Very sad. More
When my husband and I visited the dealership last week it was our intention to test drive a vehicle in anticipation of leasing a Lexus after the first of the year. After sitting with Tom Cording and giving was our intention to test drive a vehicle in anticipation of leasing a Lexus after the first of the year. After sitting with Tom Cording and giving him our "wish list", he presented us with our "dream car" to test drive. Of course, we fell in love with the vehicle. Unlike other dealerships, Lexus gave us the exact vehicle we were interested in, not a car that was sitting there for every potential buyer to test drive. Tom was completely honest with us, telling us that he was fairly new to sales. We found him to be very knowledgeable and if he didn't have an answer for us, he found someone who could answer the question. We were very impressed with this young man. Upon returning from our test drive, we started talking numbers (still never intending to drive away in a new Lexus that day). The initial round of numbers were not completely satisfactory to us, so Tom brought in his superior (can't remember his name). Our main concern was the amount that was being offered for the trade-in of our Jeep Grand Cherokee. After a brief discussion, the numbers we were hoping for appeared on a piece of paper in front of us. The offer truly was too good to pass up. The main thing I would like to stress is that at no time did we feel pressured. We have had some awful experiences with other dealerships in the past where you felt like you were being handcuffed and not released until you bought the vehicle. We then met with George Frounjian to work out the financing part of the deal. He also advised us of the various warranty plans that are offered. We purchased two plans. He was very personable and easy to deal with. He insisted that we receive two Lexus pens. Although it was just two pens, he made us feel like it was an "honor" to receive the pens and gave us a little chuckle picking them out. After signing the final papers, our old plates were returned for us, new plates were put on the vehicle and our insurance company was contacted and all papers were filled out. It was almost too easy. We were very impressed. While we were waiting we were introduced to several other members of the team, all offering their cards and future assistance if needed. Finally, five hours after we came in for a "quick" test drive, we drove out of the dealership with a brand new Lexus ES350. We will definitely recommend this dealership to all of our friends. More

It was clear to both of us that he was losing money on this deal. I went in to see him today and was warmly welcomed. He handed me over to Mike Pacheco, a salesperson. Mike was a sweetheart.He couldn't have been nicer and made the whole experience a pleasure.Tony Bruno stopped to give me a hug as he was leaving. I very happily drove home in my newest new car.Obviously, I feel totally different about Lexus of Watertown today. I highly recommend doing business with this dealership- ask for Mike Pacheco. More
