He was very accommodating and made the whole process painless and smooth as silk. I never thought we would be able to get such a great deal at a high end Lexus dealer on a used Honda Fit or I would have skipped all the other Honda Dealers and come here first. Manny in finance was fabulous as well and worked with my daughter to get her the best deal on an extended warranty that made sense. The car was 100% as advertised, and the tires and brakes were 100%. I cannot emphasize how important that is to me, particuarly with a used car. George F. Was my salesman, and he was very friendly, honest, and enthusiastic. He answered all of my questions and was able to track down the spare key as well. The sale was very quick and easy. I have told him to keep an eye out for a nice gently used Lexus SUV for my wife, if one comes in on trade with the right colors, mileage, price and condition, I'll be there with my checkbook ready. I am happy to know that I have somebody out there that is doing the legwork for me. Tony Bruno, the sales manager, was very nice and gave me what I felt was a fair valuation of my trades, and a fair price for the car I wanted. He went out of his way to help with a lot of the legwork and the logistics of planning the whole thing out ahead of time. I came in prepared with all my documentation, titles, clean cars, and got a very fair price, and went home very happy. Manny Ferriera, the Fianance manager, helped me coordinate the process of getting 2 cars traded in, and 2 cars registered and insured. I got it all done in about 4 hours, which is lightning quick in my opinion. He also gave me a fair price on an extended warranty, which I didn't expect to purchase, but am glad I did. I had been looking to see and test drive a 2011 CT200h for several months. My last car was an Acura TL which I loved but I was in the market for a new car and wanted a hybrid and after considerable resear for several months. Being a new model for 2011 and in very short supply no dealers had any due to delays in manufacturing in Japan. I had calls into several Lexus dealers to get to see and test drive one. Lexus of Watertown was more responsive to my inquiries than other dealerships that I contacted and they called with a demo to test drive. I loved the car and ended up buying the demo I had test driven. Harold Schloss was great to work with on the sale. He was very responsive to my calls as we discussed the deal over a period of a few days and I felt he and the dealership were very fair in where we ended up for the price for the car. This is my first Lexus and I'm anxious to see how the experience from here on out goes versus their reputation. My expectations are high for both the brand and the dealership but so far I'm impressed. More

I must say that John Barstow was excellent, he explained clearly and concisely all of the facts about the vehicle as well as represented us to get the best deal we could have wished for. The dealership was professional courtious as well as attentative to every deatil and when either my wife or I asked for something they were more than happy to accomodate. When all said and done and the time came to take delivery of my new Lexus RX350 I was so thrilled and excited. John ensured that all of the options that we purchased was installed correctly functioned as described and he took the time to explain every detail of the New and very impressive Navigation system as well as set everything in motion to enjoy our vehile to its up most highest performance. I bought a new Lexus from Herb Chambers in 2008 . I wanted to be a repeat customer & purchase a certified 2008 RX 350 for my wife . After 2 hrs of the "game" I gave the salesperson my price to purchas wanted to be a repeat customer & purchase a certified 2008 RX 350 for my wife . I called Watertown Lexus which I had heard good things about since I'm a retired police officer from Watertown . I checked them out on Kelly Blue book . They had the same car , year ,color, options that my wife wanted less the towing prep pkg . with 5000 less miles . I told the on-line sales assistant who I called @ Watertown that for me to purchase the vehicle the had to come below the price that I gave to Herb Chambers . Watertown beat this price by $719 . When my wife & I came to Watertown Lexus to check out this RX we found that It needed some cosmetics & cleaning . Our salesman , George Frounjian who was low key & very knowledgeable promised that if we purchased this vehicle he would make it LOOK NEW & he was a man of his word , he had everything fixed to my wife's approval & because this whole process took 6 days to complete & we live 75 miles away George called every day with updates and even programed his phone # into my wife's car memory so that we can call him with any problems or questions that arise. Everyone we dealt with for this purchase was great , including Alex who did all the paperwork and put my wife at ease . More

I had been researching the Lexus IS 250 for several weeks and test drove one at 2 different facilities. The price, color, and added options were not exactly what I was looking for so I decided to look furthe and test drove one at 2 different facilities. As soon as I made an inquiry on the vehicle I had researched Jim called me (I am 250 miles away) and explained with explicit detail what I would be looking at if I took the drive down. When I got to the dealership which took 5 1/2 hours due to traffic I was greeted immediately and walked to Jim's office. Jim had the vehicle ready for me to test drive and explained all the features. We negotiated a very fair price and the manager came out to introduce himself too. I was then brought to the business office and Alex made the process smooth and quick, while explaining all my options to me. This dealership is professional, clean, friendly, and inviting. I normally am nervous at car dealerships and had no anxiety at all. The best part is the vehicle was then delivered to me 250 miles away. Joe picked me up at my house, drove me to my town office, and helped me get my vehicle legal to drive in my home state. I will definitely be visiting this dealership again for my next Lexus purchase in the future. More

Neverthelss, we found Jim Cacchiotti to be extremey helpful in picking out a car and we were able to negotiate an agreeable purchase price. Jim was very helpful in getting the car ready for us, doing more than we expected, and arranged for delivery of the car directly to our home. The car arrived exactly as we expected. Jim was great to work with. The staff at the dealership was also very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
