I went into the dealership to see a handful of cars that we found in their inventory on the internet. I knew I was looking for an RX350 with navigation system. When I gave Andy the list of cars we were th we found in their inventory on the internet. I knew I was looking for an RX350 with navigation system. When I gave Andy the list of cars we were there to look at, he brought them out to and showed us the available cars. I went in looking at 2010's but wasn't sure I wanted to spend the extra $ on the 2010 vs. a 2008/9. After testing driving the 2010's I was close to making a decision but then changed my mind and asked to see what other inventory they had in the previous model. So glad I did, Andy found just the right car that was just what I was looking for. During the process of going through all of the different cars, we found Andy to be extremely knowledgeable on all of the features of the cars and what made them different. We had been to another Lexus dealer before our visit to Watertown and the knowledge of the salesperson at the other dealership did not meet our expectations. It was such a pleasure to work with Andy and have all of our questions answered. On the day of the pick up, Andy came into Boston to pick me up and then we went back to the dealership where he spent a great deal of time showing me all of the features of the car to ensure I was comfortable with everything. The general service at the dealership might be good if it wasn't for a terrible experience at had with two junior employees.
