Last weekend I planned on visiting several dealerships with the intent of test driving various vehicles in order to make a more informed decision on which model and type of car I wanted to lease. The very first dealership I went to was the beautiful Lexus of Watertown. At Lexus, I was specifically interesting in learning more about the IS 250 AWD model car. Within seconds of entering the showroom, a Lexus salesperson by the name of Harold Schloss immediately welcomed me to the dealership and quickly began to assist me with all of my inquiries regarding the IS 250. Aside from his genuinely warm welcoming, Harold was extremely informative regarding all of the detailed questions I had prepared before arriving. What was unique about Harold was his uncanny ability to know his audience. Observing that I was a young adult male, Harold focused our discussion of the IS 250 onto aspects of the car that were exactly what I was specifically interested in. My test drive experience with Harold was superb. Harold was able to assess exactly what I was thinking and address my thoughts before I even shared them with him. Lexus of Watertown ended up being the first and last dealership I visted last weekend because they were able to accomodate my every desire right there on the spot. In addition to Harold's superior customer service, he was eager to work with me on pricing that I felt comfortable with. After I signed the lease, I left Lexus of Watertown overwhelmingly satisfied with the price and the service. It was actually shocking to me that I agreed to a lease so quickly, but Harold was able to get me everything I was looking for and then some. I went into the dealership to see a handful of cars that we found in their inventory on the internet. I knew I was looking for an RX350 with navigation system. When I gave Andy the list of cars we were th we found in their inventory on the internet. I knew I was looking for an RX350 with navigation system. When I gave Andy the list of cars we were there to look at, he brought them out to and showed us the available cars. I went in looking at 2010's but wasn't sure I wanted to spend the extra $ on the 2010 vs. a 2008/9. After testing driving the 2010's I was close to making a decision but then changed my mind and asked to see what other inventory they had in the previous model. So glad I did, Andy found just the right car that was just what I was looking for. During the process of going through all of the different cars, we found Andy to be extremely knowledgeable on all of the features of the cars and what made them different. We had been to another Lexus dealer before our visit to Watertown and the knowledge of the salesperson at the other dealership did not meet our expectations. It was such a pleasure to work with Andy and have all of our questions answered. On the day of the pick up, Andy came into Boston to pick me up and then we went back to the dealership where he spent a great deal of time showing me all of the features of the car to ensure I was comfortable with everything. He even set up my phone so it worked with the blue tooth technology in the car. Andy was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him to family and friends. More
