Had a serious AC leak which soaked carpets - bad experience at nearest Lexus dealer so came to Watertown where car had originally been bought and serviced. Chad Tinti, my Service Advisor, was fantastic - replaced carpets and mats under warranty and I had 30K service done also. They gave me a beautiful loaner and brought my car back to my office and picked up loaner. I have never been treated this well at any dealership..didn't think it was possible. I am now a Lexus of Watertown customer and plan on buying my next Lexus here also. Lexus of Watertown knows how to treat their customers!!! I am more than impressed. More

They did not listen when I said I was not interested in a car with a $2500 Navigation System, I said I would not pay for a Navigation System, and then tried to sell a car with the Navigation System for $250 car with a $2500 Navigation System, I said I would not pay for a Navigation System, and then tried to sell a car with the Navigation System for $250 off the MSRP. (I had already said that I would prefer to order the car I wanted than pay $2500 for something I did not want!)They wasted an hour of my time when they could have just said up front, no, you would be better off ordering what you want. They offered 70% of the Edmunds Value for the trade-in. Yu came back with this "deal" without bringing back the keys to my car so I could leave. I said I wanted my keys back to my car - a Lexus I had purchased from them and brought back for service or the last seven years. After I asked, Yu returned WITHOUT THE KEYS, saying the sales manager wanted to know how far apart we were. Total sleaze. I thought that a dealer would treat a customer willing to spend $50K on a car with some respect. I was wrong. Did I mention they did not offer a vehicle to test drive? More

After being frustrated by another Lexus dealership, I went to Watertown, and sat down with Harold Schloss. After dealing with Howard, I sat down with Alex in financing. The optional services/extended warranties, etc. were explained thoroughly with no pressure to purchase any of them. Do not waste your time with other dealers - go straight to Watertown. It was hands-down the best car-buying experience of I ever had. More

He was very accommodating and made the whole process painless and smooth as silk. I never thought we would be able to get such a great deal at a high end Lexus dealer on a used Honda Fit or I would have skipped all the other Honda Dealers and come here first. Manny in finance was fabulous as well and worked with my daughter to get her the best deal on an extended warranty that made sense. This guy KNEW HIS STUFF...A truly high class operation ALL THE WAY and their people are what makes the difference. I had been looking for a new vehicle for quite some time but had not found the right one. That was until I started worked with David. He was extremely knowledgeable and I felt he did everything in his power to get me the best vehicle. I credit him with guiding me to my final decision on a 2011 Lexus IS 250! I recently purchased a used Acura TL from Lexus of Watertown. I am very happy with the car. Since they are all unique, I think shopping for a pre-owned car is a lot harder than buying a new one. The car was 100% as advertised, and the tires and brakes were 100%. I cannot emphasize how important that is to me, particuarly with a used car. George F. Was my salesman, and he was very friendly, honest, and enthusiastic. He answered all of my questions and was able to track down the spare key as well. The sale was very quick and easy. I have told him to keep an eye out for a nice gently used Lexus SUV for my wife, if one comes in on trade with the right colors, mileage, price and condition, I'll be there with my checkbook ready. I am happy to know that I have somebody out there that is doing the legwork for me. Tony Bruno, the sales manager, was very nice and gave me what I felt was a fair valuation of my trades, and a fair price for the car I wanted. He went out of his way to help with a lot of the legwork and the logistics of planning the whole thing out ahead of time. I came in prepared with all my documentation, titles, clean cars, and got a very fair price, and went home very happy. Manny Ferriera, the Fianance manager, helped me coordinate the process of getting 2 cars traded in, and 2 cars registered and insured. I got it all done in about 4 hours, which is lightning quick in my opinion. He also gave me a fair price on an extended warranty, which I didn't expect to purchase, but am glad I did. I had been looking to see and test drive a 2011 CT200h for several months. My last car was an Acura TL which I loved but I was in the market for a new car and wanted a hybrid and after considerable resear for several months. Being a new model for 2011 and in very short supply no dealers had any due to delays in manufacturing in Japan. I had calls into several Lexus dealers to get to see and test drive one. Lexus of Watertown was more responsive to my inquiries than other dealerships that I contacted and they called with a demo to test drive. I loved the car and ended up buying the demo I had test driven. Harold Schloss was great to work with on the sale. He was very responsive to my calls as we discussed the deal over a period of a few days and I felt he and the dealership were very fair in where we ended up for the price for the car. This is my first Lexus and I'm anxious to see how the experience from here on out goes versus their reputation. My expectations are high for both the brand and the dealership but so far I'm impressed. More
