I had a very good experience purchasing my car primarily because of the way in which Chris dealt with me. My car purchase took a very long time partly because of technicalities but also because I was not ve because of the way in which Chris dealt with me. Chris went through all my options in terms of different cars and additional options without pressuring me to make a decision. He made me and who ever I brought with me feel at ease. I am a first time buyer and I really appreciated that he explained every part of the process clearly, lead me through it and addressed all my concerns. I had initially come into the dealership in search of a second hand car. He was not the salesman who was dealing with me but we were sat in front of his desk while we were waiting for assistance. We only spoke briefly but he was informative and friendly. Later when my search changed to a new car I met with yet another salesman. I felt so comfortable with Chris that I was reluctant to deal with anyone else and went back and asked to speak with him. I am very glad I did because as much of a hassle buying a car is, Chris made it as easy as possible. Furthermore, once I had decided to buy the car he spent a great deal of time physically going the options in the car and maintenance concerns. He has followed up with me since to make sure everything is going well and that I am fully satisfied with my purchase. It didn't feel like he was just another guy trying to sell me something. More

This dealership is by far the best dealership that I have ever been to. I went to Lexus of Watertown in September of 2009 and was met by Adam Skolnick, General Sales Manager who went out of his way to show ever been to. Adam took me out for a test ride in a new 2008 Lexus ES 350 and I was very impressed with the vehicle. When we got back to the showroom, Adam went over the pricing with me, and the price was excellent. I then filled out all the paper work and Alex Abutaleb the business manager went over everything. Adam went out of his way to show me the entire dealership and introducted me to Chuck Shaw the service consultant. I was very impressed with the entire staff at Lexus of Watertown. I contacted Chuck Shaw, Service Consultant, to set up an appointment for an oil change. Chuck went out of his way to accommodate my schedule. He offered transportation if I wanted it. The work was completed when promised; and my vehicle had even been washed. The waiting area is very comfortable and customer oriented. I will definitely continue to do business with Lexus of Watertown. I have recommended Lexus of Watertown to several people and will continue to do so. When you come in for service, it is told that your issue will be taken care of and when returned, the car is always washed and looks brand new again. I could go on and on but no need. This is my 2nd lease car from Lexus of Watertown. I am very impressed with the customer service with both the sales and service departments. I had my first flat tire and didn't know what to do. I contacted the dealership and they told me not to worry and that they will replace the tire for me right away. They have always been very sincere, professional and helpful with all the questions I had with the car. I had the roadside assistant replace the temporary tire for me and went to Lexus of Watertown to get my regular size tire replaced. I was greeted by Eric and another guy at the service area. Both were super nice. Cindy was the service person I was assigned to. She was very nice and professional. She explained to me what would be done to my tire with the diagnostics. I waited in the waiting area for about 40 mins. During that time I had a nice cup of coffee and pastries. By the time I was done, Cindy came to the room to tell me what they did with the tire and that my car was all set. She shook my hand to thank me for the business. I got my car back and it was nicely washed, vacuumed, and the tire was repaired. The service, friendliness, and professionalism were seemless. I'm always glad to brag about my Lexus dealership in Watertown to my friends who drive other brand cars. They definitely envy my dealership experiences. This type of service is rare and this is the reason why I continued my 2nd lease with Lexus of Watertown. My previous dealership with Acura didn't come close to my exceptional experience at Lexus.
