Being 66 years old I've dealt with many new & used car dealerships and some were not the best relationships. However my dealings at Lexus of Watertown was one of the BEST car buying experience I've eve dealerships and some were not the best relationships. However my dealings at Lexus of Watertown was one of the BEST car buying experience I've ever had. But buying the RX-450h only strengthened by belief that THEY were the Best of the BEST. Their follow-up after the sale, courtesy, and attention to detail, makes dealing with them a true pleasure. Small details like Adam Skolnick coming over to say hello when I was in for service, an moreover his remembering my name and that of my wife, takes on a more important personal touch that far too many dealerships lack. I was extremely satisfied with the price I paid but price alone, does not make a good dealership. It's all the little things they do that are not required, but are done with the customer in mind, that makes Lexus of Watertown a great choice for my wife and me. I could have purchased from a Lexus dealership located many miles closer to me but I didn't get that same warm fuzzy feeling when I went there, that I got in Watertown. More

This is the first time I have ever bought the same vehicle twice. I am sure this took place only because of Lexus of Watertown and Mike Espey. I purchased a new Lexus ES350 in August 2009 and found the process completely hassle free. After discussing the differences between the various models and options available, I simply chose the car I wanted and in a matter of 10 minutes agreed on a price for the car and a trade in price for my car. The next day dropped off my old car, picked up the new car and drove away. I have begun scheduled maintenance and found that process equally painless. I would recommend Lexus of Watertown and Phillipe Chantial in particular. More

My husband and I truly enjoy the short time we spend together with Chad. We have been coming to the Watertown Lexus dealership since we bought the RX 300 in March of 2001. We have returned to Watertown Lexus for almost all of our service. I tried the one in Norwood but returned to Watertown because of the way I am treated. I feel like a million bucks when I go in there! All of the staff there really go out of their way to make a customer feel welcome. As far as pricing goes, well, it is a Lexus, and they do run well for a very long time. Quality of work has been fine, and when there has been a problem, Chad makes sure it gets resolved completely, correctly, and always to our complete satisfaction.
