He answered every question, was very patient and responsive, described in detail the new features of the Lexus IS350 and let’s not forget his sense of humor made me forget the previous experience. Thanks Walid! I briefly met John the manager, it was clear he was knowledgeable and very professional. My last stop was Alex's office, the financial manager. I could listen to him for hours and would make an awesome teacher. He described step by step the financial aspect and much more finding the best deal for my pocket. While waiting, I accidentally spilled a can of juice on the floor, even the maintenance staff (did not get his name) was diligent and super courteous. The showroom is spotless. By the time I left the dealership to my surprise it was well past closing time. At no time I felt rushed or pushed. The car buying process went flawless. Goodbye IS250, hello IS350 love the car, 5-star rating for dependability. Together with the buying experience made it that much more worth it.
