Great experience working with Tony Viveiros when I went in to get a new NX300. Within 5 minutes of arriving there, I was test driving a car. On my return, Tony showed me all the features and asked about m in to get a new NX300. Within 5 minutes of arriving there, I was test driving a car. On my return, Tony showed me all the features and asked about my preference to lease or purchase. The financial details were presented to me in a matter of minutes. I explained that I wanted to go home and discuss this with my wife. No pressure - he said to give him a call when we decided. Later in the day, I called to confirm that I wanted the car in a different color. He confirmed one was available and I told him I would be in the next day. The next day I was driving the car home. By far the best and easiest experience I have ever had at a dealership. More

From the time that I walked in the door, to the time that our salesman ("Ussa Pradhananga)") trained us on the vehicle and competed the transaction with the sales manager (Steve Savage) and we walked out the door with a brand new Lexus RX350 and a huge smile on our faces.
