I dealt with Ussa at Lexus of Watertown and I can’t say enough about the level of service I received from him from the first time I walked into the showroom with Ussa at Lexus of Watertown and I can’t say enough about the level of service I received from him from the first time I walked into the showroom to the time I drove off the lot with my new car. At every step of the process, Ussa was knowledgeable, professional and patient. He bent over backwards to make sure that I was happy with all aspects of Lexus of Watertown and the car buying experience. This is not the closest Lexus dealership to me location wise however I have no problem going out of my way given the level of service I received from him/them. Great buying experience from start to finish. I purchased a 2017 Lexus GS 350 F Sport but not before Mike (Sales Manager) and Ed (Sales Consultant) stayed after ours (by a couple of hours at least) purchased a 2017 Lexus GS 350 F Sport but not before Mike (Sales Manager) and Ed (Sales Consultant) stayed after ours (by a couple of hours at least) to allow me to test ride 4 different cars. They knew I came from Maine. I got there late and they not only did not make me feel bad about it, they treated me extra good due to long ride. On top of everything else they gave me an incredible deal on the car. Ed was just incredible too. Prior to the sale, during the sale, and even weeks after the sale. He was a gentleman all the way through and even sent me a card with his condolences upon learning my Mom had recently passed away.
