Wonderful car buying experience at Lexus of Watertown. Ussa was wonderful and took a considerable amount of time to explain the various options & trim packages available for each vehicle. We saw quite a Ussa was wonderful and took a considerable amount of time to explain the various options & trim packages available for each vehicle. We saw quite a few cars before making our selection but Ussa was patient and helpful throughout the entire process. He spent close to an hour with us even after our purchase was signed to walk us through the setup of the "smart" features of the car and get us comfortable. This is the second vehicle my wife and I have purchased at Watertown Lexus, and both experiences were pleasurable. The experience got even better, when I was connected with Ujwal Pradhananga, aka Ussa, who was extremely polite and courteous to both my wife and I. Not only was Ussa extremely knowledgeable about the product, he was able to explain all of the features, so we could easily understand them. He then took us on a test drive, and once again pointed out all of the details, and answered a multitude of questions we had without showing any signs of frustration. Finally when it came time to deliver the vehicle, Ussa had all of the paperwork organized, so we spent less than 10 minutes registering the vehicle. We could not have asked for a better sales rep. to purchase a new vehicle from. I highly recommend Watertown Lexus and Ussa, to anyone interested in purchasing a Lexus. It is worth the drive.
