First, he is always talking with a smile and has a friendly attitude. He listens very well to what you are looking for and he makes my purchase very fast and smooth. He wasn't pushy. One thing I admire most of Will is his honesty and his strive for customer satisfaction. He made sure I got the most out of my sale by getting the labor waived for a service I was doing on the new vehicle that made up for the miscommunication that I had from my first purchase which had nothing to do with Will, but he made sure I was accommodated.
