Great buying experience Lexus Review I picked up my new UX 250h (Hybrid; Nori Green Pearl) at Lexus of Watertown yesterday, and drove it directly to Portland, Maine for th Lexus Review I picked up my new UX 250h (Hybrid; Nori Green Pearl) at Lexus of Watertown yesterday, and drove it directly to Portland, Maine for the weekend. I did not even attach the E-Z Pass transponder. Remembering to stop and pay cash at tolls was quite a hassle. Anyway, I researched Boston, MA area and Albany, NY area dealers and found Lexus of Watertown to have one of the best inventories and reputations. I did visit other dealerships but had to choose this one. Ujwal Pradhananga ( Ussa ) and I were introduced and immediately he was responsive to my specific needs/ wants/ requests. His depth of knowledge about the car, options, and operating principles is impressive. He has a pleasant personality and is not a prototypical car “pushy salesman.” He met my requirements easily. Financing was pleasant, but was the usual sales pitches of about a dozen various other things I could purchase (“Would you like fries with that?”). Much more of a “salesman” experience, but not inappropriate. That is, after all, their business model. Yes, I did buy a few add-ons, most prominently the “Simonize” finish. The sap at the condo in Maine is horrible… Ussa and I then tackled Registration, Insurance, etc. We also emailed back and forth frequently about details, changes, etc. I had special needs. Ussa was amazingly responsive and everything was in order with the car prepped and Simonized and delivered to my door within 3 days. Ussa delivered the car to my driveway and then spent about 90 minutes going over every gauge, gadget, safety feature, etc with me. I expect I retained about 15% of it - but I now know that some things exist, even if I do not remember how to effectuate them. The drive to Maine was perfect. The ride is the best of any car I have owned, ever (of course, we won’t speak of my old VW bugs or motorcycles/ scooters, and more). The safety features are awesome. I love the lane assist (many people fight it - I found it great. All in all, Lexus of Watertown, Ujwal Pradhananga ( Ussa ), and the Lexus UX 250h exceeded my expectations. Thanks Duke More

Love my new 2020 Lexus NX300 10 years ago, I was looking for a Lexus car and after looking around in my area, which is Western MA, I decided to go to the Eastern side of MA. I bou 10 years ago, I was looking for a Lexus car and after looking around in my area, which is Western MA, I decided to go to the Eastern side of MA. I bought a small Lexus IS 250, that I loved, from Lexus of Watertown. However, in 2019, after multiple trips to Florida and Boston it was time to buy another car. I started to look around for Lexus and other types (BMW and Mercedes), again in Western MA. Since the prices were not what my husband liked (he is a wheeler-dealer) we decided to go back to Lexus of Watertown. He called and talked to someone named Tom, whom we never had a chance to meet. However, he was GREAT! We went there and ended up meeting an awesome salesman, Ujwal Pradhananga (Ussa). Again, since my husband is a hard/tough wheeler/dealer we did not make the deal that day. A day later, Tom (again we never had a chance to meet him) called and told us to go back and see Ussa. We did, and bought a beautiful 2020 NX300 with only 8 miles! We loved Ussa right from the beginning but that day he was so wonderful. He showed me every little detail of my beautiful SUV.
