Happy with the work performed. The service was quick and seamless to drop off and pick up. But this is the second visit with no wash, floor mat and tags left in car etc. Not a big deal but both times it see seamless to drop off and pick up. First time it was blamed on the valet kids being lazy on a Saturday. This time it was "the construction dust got the best of your car. Oh we didn't wash it either". He was nice enough to offer a wash if I wanted to come back. But that's not the point, I can go get an oil change anywhere. I bring it to the nice fancy Lexus dealer for the experience and service. I work full time during their business hours and really don't like using my Saturday to drive 20 minutes for a make up car wash. I will continue to bring my car to Lexus because I am confident in their techs doing the right thing when it comes to working on it and using the right parts but I'm hoping third times the charm with the service! I was a service advisor myself for many years and I'd never let a car leave my shop covered in cement dust let alone even a floormat left in it. Guess we'll find out in 5k miles when I need an oil change again. More
I had a good experience with multiple sales reps, but my final decision was with Tim Ha. He was very friendly and helpful in explaining all the features of the vehicles. We were in the market for a new car to lease, and were really on our way to another dealership but thought we'd check out what Lexus has to offer. We really just wanted to know what the range of lease costs would be on a new Lexus, and decided that if we didn't have the information we needed within 30 min. we would leave. We were introduced to Joe Nathanson. Joe provided us with all the information we needed, plus some options we didn't even know were available, within less than 10 minutes. It was the best sales experience we have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. We did end up staying a little longer than 30 min. as we took a test drive. After a brief visit to the "other" dealership we went back to Lexus of Wayzata and finalized our decision to lease a new Lexus UX250h. More
