Purchase of new Lexus very frustrating and time consuming We purchased a car from your dealership yesterday, just want to say the experience wasn’t a pleasant one. We arrived at 1pm with an appointment, had We purchased a car from your dealership yesterday, just want to say the experience wasn’t a pleasant one. We arrived at 1pm with an appointment, had to wait for our salesman picked out a car by 2:45pm and left your dealership at 7:40 pm. We didn’t have the salesman go over most of the features of the car as we just wanted to get out of there. Just not a pleasant experience. I am writing this at 4 am as I woke up thinking about how the whole process was handled This was unlike all the good thar I heard about this dealership More
