After spending his time and answering many questions, we explained we needed to think about our options. Tim followed up with us regularly, but not in a generic or overwhelming way. He even made a personalized video of a car that he thought met our criteria, and would be a good fit for our family. Amanda made sure she understood what my priorities were and didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t want. On site, Chelsea was incredibly personable and informative. We had a million questions and she answered each to our satisfaction. The negotiation process was easy, and we felt that we received an excellent price for our trade-in and a fair deal on the new car we purchased. Lynne was very helpful on the finance side.
