I had been searching for a car and finally found what I was looking for online. I inquired availability and within 30 min I was on the phone with Claudia. She sent me an information packet via text. And a price sheet with estimated taxes and fees I told her I would take the 3 hr drive to physically look at the car (and hopefully purchase) in 2 days. I understood that within those 48hrs the car could be snatched up by another buyer, but that wasn’t something I was gonna stress over. If it was meant to be my new ride it would happen. Claudia touched base via text the next day to confirm we were still on and we set up an estimated time for my arrival the following day. She even sent me some videos of the car that were extremely helpful. The next day I sent her a text and she promised to hold the car from that point. When I arrived (about 3 hrs late) Claudia was very understanding and the car was still there waiting for me. It had a sold sign on it with my name. I took it for a test drive, and decided to buy it. The process was smooth, as quick as it could be, and I was out the door with my new ride. I got the chance to really put the car to the test driving home. Major rain storm the whole way, those wipers worked great and I got home happy with my purchase I would highly recommend this dealership. The pictures online were accurate.
