Best Dealer Experience Ever I've been to many car dealerships in the past but never have I worked with an associate as helpful as Ernie. He was the 1st associate to introduce him I've been to many car dealerships in the past but never have I worked with an associate as helpful as Ernie. He was the 1st associate to introduce himself while I was walking the sales floor and took me right away to see models of the car I was looking for. I have never leased before but Ernie took the time to explain the benefits of leasing over financing and did not hesitate to run the numbers for both, so I can see the options in front of me. He was extremely informative and not pushy at all and allowed me to to make my own decisions based off what he provided. He really gave the feeling that he was working with my best interests in mind as opposed to other dealerships that just want to get the sale. The entire process from walking in to leaving with my new car was extremely quick thanks to Ernie and lasted no more than 3 hours, again comparing to other dealerships that can take up to 8 hours. Everything was explained to me in detail and Ernie personally took the time to get into my new car and explain all the features to me. The overall experience was the best I've had and I look forward to doing additional business in the future. More
