Great dealership not a great sales person I called and was hung up on by this sales man. I had to go back in person after only 1/2 dents on the used car were fixed. I would not have agreed to buy a car with dents in it and after we spoke I thought it was clear both would be fixed. luckily the general manager had it taken care of at no cost. Larry was great! Problem and problem after problem You have to be careful with this dealer, and if you want to save yourself aggravation go elsewhere. The first time I went there for some warranty work You have to be careful with this dealer, and if you want to save yourself aggravation go elsewhere. The first time I went there for some warranty work on my car I got the car back with the antenna missing. Why would the antenna have been taken off? The work was in the engine compartment. After nearly an hour of looking for it they couldn't find it, but offered me an old beat up one instead. Naturally I declined. They refused to give me one off of a new car, and it took weeks before they finally sent me a new one in the mail. They also couldn't resolve an issue with the hill assist feature and, incredibly, the service advisor claimed the car didn't have it when it clearly does. Then, like a fool, I went back for another issue. My car wouldn't start in the morning so I jump started it, called and was told to bring it in for a new battery, and brought it in since it was only 2 years into the 84 month battery warranty. The service advisor refused to honor the battery warranty and showed me a dealer manual that he claimed supported his position but, in reality, it said precisely the opposite. The service manager seemed just as clueless, told me he would immediately find a resolution and call me back, and never did. So, after a few tries I got the car started and drove to BJs where I bought a battery and put it in myself. When I contacted Lexus corporate they profusely apologized, told me of course the dealer should have honored the 84 month battery warranty, and sent me a check for the full amount I paid at BJs. I have since e-mailed the dealer's general manager, received an apology and promise that he would look into what happened and get back to me the next day, but it's been several weeks and he hasn't responded to repeated inquiries. The bottom line is that this dealer has some serious issues and I wouldn't trust them with my bicycle, let alone my Lexus. More
