Somehow I got a second invite to review Walser Lexus, and it is appreciated because my salesman (Lance G) has not returned messages since I reported issues after delivery. Bringing the car from Wichita to Tulsa - great. However, the car was never detailed as promised it had been. It still has the lines from the plastic wrap it came across from Japan with. I have no idea how to get that off without a professional detail. It was also delivered without any windshield wiper fluid ..just a minor detail missed. I bought and added that-nbd. Grimey feeling paint where it should be smooth…for a brand new car. The windows weren’t cleaned from the window sticker, etc.. I mean, I know some of this is little, but when your dealership stops returning messages right after delivery… shrug. Just know what you’re getting if you buy your car from out-of-state…. Fresh off the boat/train…dirty and may/may not be missing fluids. More

I like the "upfront price" approach: I felt more like a client or customer and less like a victim or mark. Their stated prices are very competitive, you feel like you're getting an honest deal. Chelsea gave me what I needed on my trade, John arranged for me to obtain a second key (that was missing due to being pre-owned). It was all good. Love the car, appreciated the dealership. More
