The young man who greeted me was super. The service coordinator was also good. My problem was the job was substantially more than the quote I received. The labor for the battery install The service coordinator was also good. My problem was the job was substantially more than the quote I received. The labor for the battery install was not on the quote at all. By the time shop supplies were added, the final bill was 118 higher than the quote. I did spend 21 on a suggested full additive. I feel the labor for the battery should have been included the quote. It took me a while to tie the quote back to the final bill. More
