I have dealt with Lexus of Wilmington for the past 7 years and when I decided to purcahse my new car they were the first stop. Lance Bartel was excellent....explained all the new options of the latest model and took the time to make sure that I got a very fair and good trade in value for my old Lexus. As I explained to Lance I am a very busy person and needed to make the transition into the purchase of the new Lexus as smooth and quickly as possible. Lance did just that for me! And the service did not stop after purchasing the car! I received a call several days later to make sure I was satisfied and if I had any questions. I have recommended other friends to Lance at Koons as I felt the overall experience in working with him was terrific! More
I walked into Koons with the intention of buying a new Lexus. I had been and was a current owner of a Lexus which I had owned for 11.5 years. My salesperson, Lance Bartel, was friendly and informative wit Lexus. I had been and was a current owner of a Lexus which I had owned for 11.5 years. My salesperson, Lance Bartel, was friendly and informative without pressuring me. He answered my questions immediately and provided pricing for the vehicles that I was interested in without trying to steer me to other models. I asked for total prices (including tags, dealer prep etc) for 2 cars which he provided that evening. As I was dealing with an honest and forthright person, and was pleased with the prices, I made arrangements to buy the car of my choice that evening over the phone. I picked up my car two days later and have been extremely pleased with it. Since my purchase, there were questions regarding receipt of my title. Lance offered and made the appropriate phone calls to ensure the title was being processed. In addition, while Lance was on vacation, the manager, Ray Bonhs was wonderful when I spoke to him regarding the title issue and offered his cell number in the event I was unable to reach him. I will recommend Koons to anyone wising to buy a Lexus. More

He was receptive to my interest,was able to assist me with the decision to purchase another Lexus and made sure I was educated about all the options available. He shared financing options and incentives. I never was pressured or left waiting. The end result was a new car for me and a check in the PLUS column for Koons. More

I was greeted by the sales manager, Ray Bonhs, who listened to my request to test drive a Lexus SUV, and introduced me to salesman, Doug Horst. Mr. Horst helped me narrow my choices to the Lexus GX, and he graciously and expertly guided me through the process of overview of the vehicle, test drive, and financing options. I was very impressed with how the GX handled, and I felt quite comfortable during the test drive. The Lexus GX was a cut above any of the other SUVs I considered. Mr. Horst diligently prepared financing, and he went the extra mile to make the sales process efficient and seamless for us. All of my interactions with Koons Lexus of Wilmington were handled courteously and professionally, and I am delighted to recommend Mr. Horst to those considering the switch to the truly exceptional Lexus GX.
