My husband and I had an awful experience at Lexus of Chester Springs so we decided to drive an hour to Lexus of Wilmington. We were quickly introduced to Troy Mayer, Sales & Leasing Consultant, who was Chester Springs so we decided to drive an hour to Lexus of Wilmington. We were quickly introduced to Troy Mayer, Sales & Leasing Consultant, who was INCREDIBLE. The vehicle we wanted was difficult to get but Troy promised us he would do everything he could to obtain one. Every month that we waited, Troy called us to let us know he was still on it and stayed in constant communication. 6 months into the process, our car finally came! Not only did Troy make sure it had everything we wanted but when we finished the paperwork, he came outside with us, shined it up himself (literally with his hands and a cloth), took photos of us with the new car and added a bow on the top for a nice touch. We couldn't have been happier with the customer service provided at Lexus of Wilmington. If anyone is looking for a car, Troy Mayer is your guy! More
