aHonestly 0. 5 stars. After 5 hours of salesman pretending to listen what I said (I'm a financial analyst for JPMorgan Chase), they would come back with same total 5 stars. After 5 hours of salesman pretending to listen what I said (I'm a financial analyst for JPMorgan Chase), they would come back with same total but numbers moved around in different categories. Continued to change topic to where I'm from instead of listening to what I say. Salesman had some knowledge, beyond that, the "technology specialist" assigned to me had NEVER even been in my vehicle type/model before... service is an absolute ZERO. I'm shocked a LEXUS dealership would soil the brand. Also, the 5 star ratings of individuals are for tasks such as "answering a basic question" or "doing someone elses job as they were, unavailable".
