I purchased an RX 350L and would like to install a tow hitch kit on my vehicle. Since April 4th, I have been attempting to obtain detailed information regarding the estimate I received, as when I visited hitch kit on my vehicle. Since April 4th, I have been attempting to obtain detailed information regarding the estimate I received, as when I visited the parts department, the cost and necessary parts were significantly lower than those quoted. No one has been able to return my inquiries since the 4th to explain the discrepancy. When I visited the service department in person, also on Apr.4th, no advisor was able to assist me; they simply stated that the parts are the tow hitch and harness and the labor cost would be around $1,000 without even verifying the information (even though the same labor in the quote I received was $435.00). In other words, total neglect. I am very frustrated and disappointed with this poor service from Lexus of Winter Park’s service department. If you are considering having any service performed at this dealership, it would be advisable to seek another with better customer service. More
We worked with Alex Hernandez, our service manager, who guided us through a highly difficult problem with our new RX350 h. The car died after it was off loaded from the auto train in Sanford, FL . It had guided us through a highly difficult problem with our new RX350 h. The car died after it was off loaded from the auto train in Sanford, FL . It had to be towed to Lexus of Winter Park to attempt to repair it. Alex could not have been more thoughtful, attentive, professional, and caring. The repair process took about 4 days but Alex kept us informed, provided us a loaner and professionally oversaw the whole repair process. Lexus covered the entire cost of the repairs Alex is an immense credit to Lexus of Winter Park and a shining example of the professionalism of the dealership. In addition when we had to have the car towed on Sunday from the auto train in Sanford, FL to Lexus of Winter Park so it could be evaluated and repaired, the service department was closed. However, salesperson Allan MacDonald was terrific in guiding us through a process to get our non operable automobile to the right place on the service lot and helping us start the process to get maintenance work started on the car the following day when the service department reopened. Hello, I bought a 2024 Lexus ES 350 a couple of months ago. My vehicle has a sound system issue that I noticed 3 days in. I brought it to the dealer and they stated they're waiting on an update. IT'S BEEN ago. My vehicle has a sound system issue that I noticed 3 days in. I brought it to the dealer and they stated they're waiting on an update. IT'S BEEN 2 MONTHS since then and the audio on my vehicle sounds awful. The bass goes out at 75% volume and it's so unbearable to listen to music considering this has the famous "Mark Leivson" sound system. I need someone to help or I will be placing a complaint to the BB and filing a lawsuit as I don't understand as this car went to Pre-Delivery Inspection and was sold with this issue. What's more infuriating to me is the response or lack of response from the dealership. It does no good for a sales and service to have a fancy dealership if the customer service is poor. Please feel free to contact me as I want to be a Lexus owner for decades to come but this experience is making me go back to Genesis who I've been with for years and was able to respond right away to ANYTHING Fixed. More
If you are in the market for a new GX, be aware that they will lie to you and say they have a GX available for sale then you get there ready to buy a car but it's actually the demo and they can't sell t they will lie to you and say they have a GX available for sale then you get there ready to buy a car but it's actually the demo and they can't sell that to you. Absolute joke of a internet/sales department honestly. Told the online sales guy, Anthony Ramos that I am coming from over an hour away and still couldn't be honest with me. I get that its a hard car to get right now but don't lie to me and waste my time. Honestly not too mad about it because I ended up buying a Porsche Cayenne that day, which is mounds better of a car and also their customer service is significantly superb. So, in a way I'm very thankful for their incompetence. Will never buy a Lexus due to this bad experience. I can't work with liars. More
The sales department here is sooooooooooooo BAD. I feel like I am being chased away AGAIN! Three times now I have been in simply wanting to see a new GX, rule it in or out for us. I went once, n I feel like I am being chased away AGAIN! Three times now I have been in simply wanting to see a new GX, rule it in or out for us. I went once, nothing in stock. I went 3 days ago and was told there were three which had come in that day, but they were being inspected by the service department and I couldn't see them at that time. Fine, I asked to be called the next day when they could be seen. NOTHING. NOT A WORD. Went by today and there was one on the showroom floor, being prepped for the new owner. Can I see this one? I was basically shooed away, but managed to look inside both front and from tailgate. I absolutely LUVed what I saw. I was told there would be a new allocation "in June". When I was in a few days ago, of course, they wanted me to sit down and give them information, even though I simply wanted to SEE A DAMNED VEHICLE. Then, they didn't follow up when I said I could be there quickly, as we live close by. NOTHING. And then, as I visit today, once again given a less than warm reception, SIMPLY TO TRY TO SEE THE DAMNED CAR. Years ago we leased an RX350 and the service department is wonderful. But after leasing it, in 6 months we were back considering an NX. The way we were treated then was like we were on a used car lot, continuous haggling, moving the price lower and lower after we simply asked for the best price. It was embarrassing for them and I left VERY UNHAPPY, off to lease a new BMW X3 from Fields BMW in Winter Park. Looks like Lexus has done it again and the thought of going back and dealing with them is very unpleasant. We have never had such an experience at Fields and it looks like a new X5 is suddenly in the cards! More
