Very pleasant experience I recieved an invitation to bring in my car for a trade in, and to test drive the new or used cars. The man on the phone was so nice and polite as we I recieved an invitation to bring in my car for a trade in, and to test drive the new or used cars. The man on the phone was so nice and polite as were all the people I was able to speak with. There was no pressure, all my questions were answered. They were so patient and I test drove a new car that was very smooth riding. They even gave me a double $50 gift card for my time and effort in going to see what I could get for a trade , and how nice the new lexus models were. They have a very beautiful silver LS 460 in show room. It was all in all a very nice experience and you did not have all the sales people standing around staring at you as you do in the other places I have been to service or sales. Great Job LEXUS OF ORLANDO. GOD BLESS YOU ALL IN EVERY WAY! More

Keys for used cars My wife bought a 2004 for $17,500.00. They only had one key. They want $260.00 for a second one. Maybe management should rethink or cut back on the: water being handed out, mugs, mini restaurant, and other amenities (although very nice) and only give a person ONE key for a used car because that what the person who traded it in had. I really don't think getting TWO keys for a $17,500.00 is asking a lot. Stan Eike More
