He is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and always has a good attitude no matter what. He is the definition of customer service!! I have also been very pleased with all the staff I've come in contact there with including other service advisors, Jessica from the loaner car department, and the manager of the service department (I forgot his name). I always left Lexus of Orlando feeling that I was treated with respect no matter what problems or issues I had. The service department is very accommodating to children as well with snacks, a playroom, and an overall friendly environment. My 4 year old daughter loved going there. I am sad to say that I have recently sold my GS430, and wanted an SUV. I tried so hard to like the Lexus models, but they were not for me. I ended up purchasing a Mercedes ML550. I have been dealing with the service department at Mercedes of Orlando, and it does not compare to Lexus of Orlando one bit. It seems like no one knows what's doing on, they are not very friendly, I feel like I get the run-around, and the service advisors are always "too busy" to talk to you. I realize now how well Lexus of Orlando treats it's customers, and wish you made a "cooler" SUV. = ) I am truly going to miss going to Lexus of Orlando, but will always talk very highly about your service department.
